Do you supply test certificates
and other documentation for your installations?
Yes. We
issue a full, comprehensive documentation pack to you on
completion of an installation. This usually includes a
test certificate relevant to the British Standard to
which the product was built and installed, engineers
report and handover certificate signed by the end user
or site representative.
Do you carry CSCS cards to work on
building sites?
Yes. All our
engineers carry CSCS cards
What happens if you are delayed
getting to an installation or service?
If we are
delayed for any reason, such as heavy traffic, we will
contact the client from the vehicle in the first
instance. No customer should ever have to wait around
after the appointment time wondering what time an
engineer will arrive.
How long does an installation take?
The smaller
products such as door openers, stairlifts and hoists are
normally installed in around half day. The larger
products such as home lifts and platform lifts are
normally installed inside one day although site
conditions may take the installation into the second
day.
All
our installations and services are quoted per job and
not on time taken.
